Movement Assignment Review
Hello lovely members, it’s your ‘Movement Assignment Review’, here we look at the best of the assignment entries and tell you who has won this month’s prize!
The objective of this assignment was to show movement in a still image. Clearly shutter speed control could play a part here but essentially it was down to the idea, and the execution of it! Here I have selected a few that I like and then we get on to the shortlisted entries and the winner. I wish I could show all the entries but I’m sure you understand that I can’t. Having said that if you attempted this assignment, then you have practiced and pushed your photography skills forward. There are no losers in assignments like these 😊
This month, we’ve collaborated with Calibrite and the winner will receive a Calibrite Photo Video Kit!! Remember, to be eligible for the assignment prize, you must have taken the photo during the month of the assignment. To see more details on the prize and the prize rules, click here.
As usual, watch through the video and tell us your thoughts in the comments. 😊

Thank you to everyone who entered into this month’s theme, even if you’ve not been mentioned here, you’ve gone out and practised and from that you’ve learnt and taken another step forward in your photography journey. And remember these are ‘our’ favourites and in this subjective world of photography, your favourites are just as valid as ours.
